Service Line Directors are responsible for the development and competitiveness of service offerings.

St. Gallen / Frankfurt, 1 July 2020 - With the Service Line Directors the full-service digital agency Namics – A Merkle Company is introducing a new management function. Their task is the interdisciplinary development and competitiveness of the market and service offering. Eight Service Line Directors will be responsible for the various service offerings in the respective markets. 

At Namics, the interdisciplinary market- and supply-oriented service lines will replace professional competence silos with immediate effect. In practice, this will enable even better customer-centric services to be developed and implemented. Together with COO Michael Pertek, the new management team of the Service Lines stands for continuity and experience as well as for innovation and progress.

The new Service Line Directors at Namics

Before joining Namics 2016, Dr. Martina Mitterhofer(Service Line Director Growth & Transformation) worked for Danone Deutschland and as a lecturer at the Chair of Marketing and Consumer Research at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and gained agency experience at Serviceplan and Heye DDB Health. Martina manages her Service Line from the office in Munich.

Mark Burow(Service Line Director Creative Consulting) has been responsible for the creative sector at Namics in various management positions since 2012. He looks back on a total of 20 years of agency experience at Ray Sono and Scholz & Friends, among others. Mark manages his service line from the Zurich office.

Dr. Thomas Walter(Service Line Director Platform Solutions) started his career as IT Manager at Deutsche Lufthansa, followed by research and development positions at the University of St.Gallen and the City University of Hong Kong. He joined Namics in 2013 and since then has been driving forward topics such as technology-oriented consulting, digital strategy, solution architecture, personalization and software evaluation in various management roles. Thomas manages his service line from Frankfurt.

Janko Zehe(Service Line Director Marketing Services) first joined Namics during his studies in Marburg and Hamburg. After stopovers in management and IT consulting, among other things, he helped build up the CRM division at Namics since 2016. He is based in Hamburg and takes over the role of Kerstin Raitl, who is currently on parental leave. Kerstin initially worked as a campaign manager at Google and led the marketing teams of two start-ups before joining Namics in Munich in 2016 as an expert in digital marketing. 

Jens Nef (Service Line Director Custom Solutions) started as Lead Consultant at Namics in February 2019. Prior to that, he worked for PwC Consulting, Star Cooperation, Daimler, Sunrise and UBS, among others, and gained extensive experience in digitalization in product development, project and product management. He manages his Service Line Team from the Zurich office.

Thomas König (Service Line Director Operation Management) first worked for the retailer Quelle before joining Namics as project manager in 1998. As Business Unit Manager at various company locations, he played a key role in establishing Namics Germany and took over the position of Head of Operations & Services in 2017. Thomas manages his Service Line from St.Gallen and Zurich.

Natalie Ohlwein and Nina Braschler(Service Line Directors Delivery Management) share the management tasks of the Service Line in a job-sharing model, while continuing to work in the customer context as Account Directors. Nina started her career at Namics in 2005 and has been able to apply her expertise in project management both on the customer front and within the company to build cross-site standards. Natalie has been part of Namics since 2019 and acts as Account and Service Line Director. She enriches the team with more than 15 years of experience in winning and expanding digital projects for renowned clients and her expertise in various leadership roles. Together they lead the delivery management across all locations – Nina from St. Gallen and Natalie from Munich.
