The application process.

Regardless of whether you have applied for a specific position or through an unsolicited application, this is how our application process works:

1. Your application.

Apply for the job of your choice using the form. Please submit all your documents, i.e. CV, letter of motivation, certificates and portfolio. You will then receive a confirmation email.

2. Our pre-selection.

An initial pre-selection based on your application documents will be made by our HR department. If your profile doesn't quite fit, we will clarify alternative options for you.

3. Our first getting to know each other.

If there is a match right away , we would like to learn more about you by scheduling a call. If afterwards it’s still a match, we'll invite you for a personal interview.

4. Your chance to get a sneak peek.

Our highlight: Meet us for one day to get to know many of your future colleagues and their everyday working lives. A case gives you the chance to show where your heart beats for.
