We are looking for partners for a long-term cooperation and to provide excellent services. We therefore only accept projects in which we see ourselves in a position to achieve the defined goals and which, in our opinion, offer our clients a business benefit. We focus on an active and open dialogue with our customers and attach importance to their acceptance of our ethical principles.
Our clients should be free to choose their preferred service provider at their own discretion. We do not create conscious or planned dependencies that restrict this freedom of choice. It is in our interest to offer our customers the most efficient and effective solution, even if this means a reduction or an end to our cooperation.
We communicate proactively and transparently – especially in situations that are unpleasant and therefore require special attention. We do not withhold any known relevant facts or recommendations. Should the continuation of a project or a client relationship be an insoluble conflict with our integrity or quality standards, we make the consistent decision to terminate the collaboration.
In order to protect our professional independence, we do not accept company shares from clients as compensation for project expenses. We do not knowingly estimate project costs too low with the aim of increasing costs later in the project. If we receive remuneration from third parties (e.g. software providers) for our work in an ongoing client relationship, we make this transparent.
The basis of our company and the success of our customers is the internet as a global, free and open medium. We do not accept assignments that attack the fundamental principles of the internet or are in fundamental conflict with these principles. These are in particular freedom of expression and decision making, the availability of information, universal access and openness to international influences.
